HG Systems operates a Quality Management System in accordance to BS EN ISO9001:2008 and the TickIT Guide Issue 5. It is accredited to the standard, and registered under certificate LRQ 0962851.
Accordingly, all projects are carried out under the appropriate procedures.
All members of senior staff carry out regular reviews and development of our existing systems. Our Quality Assurance Manager and Auditors monitor compliance with our systems on a regular basis.
The overall objective of our Quality Management System is to enable us to comply with the contractual agreement made with a client in the most efficient manner, ensuring that all aspects of our agreed scope of supply are fulfilled in a mutually acceptable manner. We recognise that it is a client’s right to monitor all aspects of our performance during the life of a contract. To facilitate this, a Quality Plan is normally produced at the outset of each contract, a part of which clearly states the mutually agreed manner in which a client can monitor the progress of his order.
All projects are implemented under the appropriate procedures throughout the whole project life cycle, including design, test, installation, and safety and environmental considerations.
